MarketFlow connects through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform using Embedded Signup. No unofficial libraries, no device automation and no bulk blasters — the tooling that gets numbers banned.
Opt-in contacts and STOP handling
Every contact carries a consent status, source and timestamp, and imports reject rows that claim consent without one. Broadcast recipients are resolved from opted-in contacts on the server. STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE and CANCEL opt a contact out immediately and stop automatic replies.
Approved templates and the 24-hour window
Business-initiated messages use templates approved by Meta in advance. Once a customer replies, free-form conversation is allowed for 24 hours. The composer keeps that distinction so you never write a message that cannot be sent.
Keyword chatbot with human handoff
Set keyword rules for hours, price and booking questions, preview the reply, and hand the conversation to a person the moment it needs one. Handoffs land in a queue with the conversation attached.
Where we are today
You can connect, import opted-in contacts, prepare broadcasts and set chatbot rules now. Sending opens once our WhatsApp Business app is approved by Meta, and nothing is shown as sent, delivered or read unless WhatsApp itself reported it.

- Yes. MarketFlow uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) through Embedded Signup. We do not use unofficial libraries, scraped numbers or device automation.
- Can I message people who did not opt in?
- No. Recipients are resolved from opted-in contacts only, enforced on our servers rather than in the browser. STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE and CANCEL opt a contact out immediately.
- Can MarketFlow send WhatsApp messages today?
- Not yet. Sending opens once our WhatsApp Business app is approved by Meta. Until then nothing is marked sent, delivered or read — those counters only come from WhatsApp's own webhook.
