Email & Data Practices
This page explains the email MarketFlow AI sends you, what we record about it, and the controls you have. Account, security and billing email is always on; the onboarding sequence, product tips and promotional email are optional and can be switched off from your Account page or the unsubscribe link in any optional email.
What we store
Your email address and name, your plan and trial state, message events (which template was sent, when, and whether it was delivered, bounced, marked as spam, unsubscribed or suppressed), and your email preference settings. We do not sell or rent email lists.
Retention and your controls
Sending and delivery logs are kept for up to 24 months. Unsubscribe and bounce suppression records are kept indefinitely so opt-outs are honoured. You can change each category from your Account page, use the unsubscribe link in any optional email, write to privacy@marketflow.ecopowerhub.ai, or request erasure at /privacy/delete.
